Standard Delivery
Standard delivery is complimentary for all orders. Please allow 3-5 working days for Standard Delivery.
Express Delivery
Delivery delays are being experienced in some areas of the UK. Before selecting your preferred delivery option, please check the affected postcodes here.
We can deliver your order by Next Day Delivery for £15 per address. Next Day Delivery is complimentary for orders over £500.
RETURNS
A Few Short Steps
You can return items to us by post at your own cost within 30 days and you will be refunded with the payment method you used to place the order.

Items must be returned in their original condition and in their original presentation box/packaging

Please note that pierced items can only be returned in their original sealed packaging

Make sure the package is sealed securely.

Items must be returned unworn, in pristine condition with the original purchase receipt/printed email confirmation and in the original packaging.

All items for piercings (such as earrings) are excluded.

All personalised items (such as personalised rings) and Create Your Own products are excluded, unless the item is proved faulty or does not match the specifications requested in your order.

These terms do not affect your consumer rights.

Due to the ongoing Covid19 outbreak all returns will incur an antibacterial sterilisation fee of £18.95 which will be deducted from the total amount of your refund.
